Principal
Education/Experience:
Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) and five years applicable experience,
MS/MHA Hospital and Health Services Administration/Business Administration and
seven years applicable experience, or BA /BS Psychology/Business Administration
with ten years applicable experience. All principals must be a Certified ROMA
Master Trainer.
Description of Qualifications: Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies
and principles to conduct process modernization projects. Responsible for
effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of
project teams in the accomplishments of project activities and objectives.
Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional
forms of knowledge transfer. Key coordinator between multiple project teams to
ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts. Provides daily
supervision and direction to business process reengineering personnel.
Education/Experience:

Education/Experience:

mission-critical proficiencies. Consults with client to define need or problem,
conducts studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or
recommend solution.
